
| Punk Rock Boot Camp sounds awesome, what is it? Punk Rock Boot Camp is the fun and effective alternative for people looking to get in shape, feel great, and reap the many benefits of living a healthy lifestyle... all without having to pay out the nose for a membership to a stuffy, impersonal, and often intimidating gym. Why PUNK ROCK you ask? Punk Rock Boot Camp is based on the principles of the early '80's punk and hardcore scene where the philosophy of D.I.Y., or Do It Yourself, was reflected in all aspects of life. It was this D.I.Y. ethic that prompted people to start bands and release their own records and book their own tours, to publish their own magazines and books, and to do as much as they could using their own resources independent of mainstream norms and conventions. At the core of Punk Rock Boot Camp, is our early-morning weekday workout sessions. Starting April of 2008, early morning classes will be held three days a week on Mon, Wed, and Fri. Classes take place outdoors and are for all fitness levels. Please see the schedule page for class times and rates.
